Shipping Policy

Orders must be placed by 12pm GMT Sunday – Thursday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Sunday – Thursday. Qutek offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders,

All orders ship Sunday – Thursday, excluding, orders must be placed by 12pm GMT to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

 Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Any products bought from this website may be returned within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your return will be deducted from your refund.

  • To avoid any extra charges, please include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product. All products must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. Wearable items should be unworn.

Handing Time

Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements can take about 1 to 2 weeks, however, it can be a bit longer during high volume periods. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Returning Store Purchases

If you bought a Qutek product from a retail store, please return it to the store you originally purchased it from.

If you are unable to exchange a product in the original place of purchase and if the product is still under warranty, contact a customer relations representative by telephone for assistance. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

The expected time span for reporting an item, goods or services ordered to be cancelled/replaced is within 3 days form delivery date
