Step 2 – Choose the Right Head
Attach the massage head that fits your target muscle group. Use the round head for large muscles, the bullet head for deep tissue points, and the flat head for general body use.

Step 3 – Select Your Speed
Start at the lowest speed level (1) and gradually increase based on your comfort and the muscle area being treated.

Step 4 – Apply to Target Area
Hold the device at a 45–90° angle against the muscle. Move it slowly across the muscle—do not hold it in one spot for more than a few seconds.

Step 5 – Session Duration
Use for 1–2 minutes per muscle group. The device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes as a safety measure.

Step 6 – After Use
Turn off the device, detach the head, and store in a clean, dry place.
