Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Iraq. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more markets across the Gulf and beyond.
Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. For other Gulf countries, please allow 4–7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for select regions.
Shipping fees vary by location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value — you'll see the exact threshold and rates at checkout before completing your purchase.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also track orders directly from your account dashboard.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated on the status.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping is covered by QUTEK in cases of defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Payment & Orders
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, as well as buy-now-pay-later options including Tabby and Tamara for eligible orders in the Gulf region.
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are processed through certified payment gateways.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched yet. Please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number to request any changes.
Yes. We offer 0% installment plans through Tabby and Tamara for eligible customers in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Simply select your preferred option at checkout — no hidden fees, no interest.
